General RulesWaiver: must be filled out for each child playing in facility Clean grip socks only must be worn by all children and adults entering the facility. To maintain the highest level of cleanliness for our facility all shoes must be removed at time of entry. Grip socks may be purchased at front counter. No re-entry. If you leave the facility and choose to return you will be required to pay another admission fee. Play at own risk. Adults must supervise their children at all times and assume all risks while on equipment. No outside food or drinks allowed. This does not apply to those with a booked party room. No eating or drinking on playground areas. All food (including candy/gum) and drinks must be consumed in designated eating areas only. No weapons in facility. This includes guns, knives, or any other similar objects. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings brought into the facility. No climbing on outside of playground, poles, walls, or netting of playground. No cursing, fighting, running, or rough play. We reserve the right to ask unruly or violent patrons to leave with no refund. Adult supervision required at all time. Child-assistant for restroom use. Child must be accompanied to restroom with adult. No flipping on any of the playground equipment.

Party RulesA non-refundable deposit of $100 A non-refundable deposit of $250 for private events Each additional kid is $11 + tax 90 minutes in the party room Please note: $25 fee will be charged for each additional 5 minutes over the allotted time. May enter the room 15 minutes before start time to set up No glitter or confetti in party rooms. A $20 clean-up fee will be billed if used in rooms. You may bring in your food and drinks (must be finger foods and NO alcoholic beverages). Any food other than finger foods or alcoholic beverages that are brought into the party room will be asked to be removed from the premise. NO EXCEPTION. Wall decorations are only allowed at designated walls in the room.

FAQIs there an age limit? The playground is suitable for children Ages 12 and younger. Do you sell food and drinks? We sell prepackaged snacks and drinks Can I play with my children on the equipment? While we do encourage parents to play with their little ones we do have a weight limit of 250 pounds on the upper levels of the playground equipment. Can I bring in food and drinks? Outside food and drinks are prohibited unless brought in for a birthday party or private event. Do you offer military discounts? A 10% discount will be applied for your child’s admission upon checking military I.D. Am I able to drop off my children? No. Adults must supervise their children at all times. How often do you clean the facility? We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and thoroughly sanitize the playground equipment throughout the entire day. In order to maintain highly sanitized floors we do run our auto-scrubbing machine daily. In addition to our daily cleaning we have also partnered with The Mission Cleaners LLC who provides our weekly deep sanitizing and disinfecting clean every Wednesday. Do you have a section for toddlers? Yes. Only those age 5 and younger are permitted in this space.
